Hi, I’m Tomi
Welcome. I am so glad you are here.
My name is Tomi and my pronouns are they/them/theirs. I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Vermont and Maine, with a focus on supporting LGBTQ+ young adults, adults, and elders from a liberatory framework. I love my work and am so grateful for your courage and trust in our time together.
Outside of being a therapist, I love swimming, gardening, my dog (whom you may be lucky enough to meet during virtual sessions!), pottery, crafting, and engaging in my community and causes which matter to me. Prior to beginning this career, I worked in outdoor education, farming and gardening, food service, childcare, construction, public health, and more. I believe in being a human as part of my practice in being a therapist, and am informed by all these former experiences in my work.
My business name is Full Cup LLC, inspired by the phrase “you can’t pour from an empty cup.” Whether in the context of relationships, work, activism, or life in general, I believe it is essential to nourish ourselves so that we can continue to show up for what is important to us.
